The Core Component Accordion component allows for the creation of a collection of panels arranged in an accordion on a page.

  • The ES100 is a fail secure electric strike and if left to run out of batteries, it will utilize the last bit of energy to convert to a fail secure state.
  • It’s important to remember this strike is remotely powered and therefore when power may be removed from the building, the electric strike will remain powered. If configured properly, the offline credentials will then take over and allow for access to the secured location.

They last about 45,000 cycles depending on settings:

  • Indicator – LED and/or Buzzer
  • Poll Time – 10 seconds to off
  • Credentials – Prox or iClass

The customer shall be responsible for payment of all applicable sales and/or use taxes and freight costs.

If the purchaser uses the HES Products on behalf of others or provides to others any products referenced herein, the HES Parties shall have no liability to such persons whatsoever, and the purchaser agrees to defend and indemnify the HES Parties from any and all claims and demands asserted against them, and from any legal fees, costs and other expenses that the HES Parties incur therewith.

Neither party will be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance arising directly out of war, sabotage, insurrection, riot, and any other act of civil disobedience, act of public enemy, fire, explosion, flood, storm, or other act of God or nature, or similar cause beyond its reasonable control, including shortage or unavailability of labor or materials. If, notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, HES has any liability to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees that the total liability to the purchaser for all losses, damages, and causes of action, whether in contract, equity, tort (including without limitation, negligence and gross negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the amount the purchaser paid to HES for the products (including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages, damages for lost profits or business interruption, and punitive damages).

Any order may be subject to a 5% cancellation charge for catalog items. Cancellation of non-catalog or custom items will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge plus all costs (both direct and indirect) incurred by manufacturing at the point of cancellation that are properly allocated to the cancelled item(s).
